Privacy Policy
What we store
Only what's needed to activate your license: your license key, the email address used at purchase, and a randomly generated device identifier (not a device fingerprint). This is stored securely and used solely for license activation and transfer.
What we never store
Your procurement documents, extracted data, evaluation criteria, scores, or reports are never saved on our servers. Everything you build in Quotivo lives in your browser session and any files you choose to export.
AI processing
When you run an extraction, the contents of that single evidence file are sent to our AI processing provider to extract structured data, and the response is returned to your device. The file content is not retained by Quotivo after that request completes.
Currency conversion
When displaying prices in your selected currency, Quotivo requests current exchange rates from a third-party rates API. Only currency codes are sent — never vendor names, amounts, or any procurement data.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, a payment processor. Quotivo does not store your payment card details.
No tracking, no selling data
Quotivo does not use advertising trackers and does not sell any data to third parties.
