Terms of Use
License
Purchasing Quotivo grants you a license to use the application on one device at a time. You may transfer your license to a new device yourself, up to three times per rolling 365-day period, through the in-app device management screen.
No warranty
Quotivo is provided "as is." AI-generated extractions, comparisons, and scores are assistive tools only — Quotivo makes no guarantee of accuracy, and all final procurement decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotivo and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, including decisions made based on its output.
Refunds
Purchases are processed through Creem; refund requests are handled per Creem's standard refund process.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to circumvent the licensing system, reverse-engineer the application, or resell/redistribute your license key.
Termination
A license may be revoked in cases of fraud, chargeback, or violation of these terms.
